In order to safeguard the well-being and interests of both parties (Customer and Ronix Studios), it is imperative that all customers consent to our Terms of Service. Prior to making any purchases on our marketplaces, carefully review the T.O.S to ensure a clear understanding of the transaction requirements.
Purchasing our products implies your automatic acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any violation grants us the right to revoke your access to our products on marketplaces and our Discord community.
Please be aware that the content of the Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice, so kindly take note.
Redistribution or resale of any part of our products is strictly forbidden.
Your license is linked to your marketplace account, and we cannot provide support or transfer the license in case of account access loss.
Upon purchasing our product, you acquire a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use, subject to the specific license terms provided for each product.
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Engaging in disputes or initiating chargebacks is strictly prohibited.
The product should only be accessible to those requiring it for the designated projects, and you will be held accountable if the product is shared beyond your project.
Support is available solely for features directly associated with the product; we do not offer assistance for adding or developing new features.
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and the vendor ("Ronix Studios") that govern the use of our downloadable digital products ("products"), including their content. The purchase, download, and use of our products implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. License and Use
Your purchase of one of our products constitutes our grant to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for your own personal use. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or otherwise distribute any of our products to any third party, whether modified or not.
3. Intellectual Property
You agree that under no circumstances may you own or claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyrights in the product, whether the product has been modified or not. (Except for personalized products.)
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Due to the digital nature of our products, there is no right to cancel or refund once a product has been purchased by you. Any refund will be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances will you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider. You acknowledge that any payments you make for any of our products are final and are non-reversible. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
